StartAL goal is the promotion and evaluation of the territory cultural, tourist and environment resources, properly and continuously, throughout specific programs and a structured and qualified management, suitable for territories until now rather neglected and poorly enhanced.
StartAL is composed almost totally by young women – women are its promoters, Emanuela Cibabene, Luisa Marafioti e Vittoria Oneto – and is committed in operating not only in the cultural field, but also in a social dimension, aiming to offer an innovative service, of ethical high level and of good quality.
Besides promotion and enhancing of the resources, ever since the first idea of founding a Cooperative, its promoters have undertaken to insert disadvantaged people in the labour market, believing that art and culture can become a great instrument of social integration.
Thanks to a proper university education and several working experiences in the cultural and social field, the young promoters of Social Cooperative StartAL have acquired and developed various expertises in different and complementary fields, useful to the evolution of the entrepreneurial project, in order to be able to offer services supporting the access and the fruition of the historico-cultural and environmental resources for the Community.
The social business is proved to be, for various aspects, the ideal and innovating managing way through which developing such production sources and represents a concrete opportunity for the creation of new jobs, also in favour of disadvantaged persons.
